- Signature on-site restaurant and bar with mixed drinks.
- Lots of beverages available, including smoothies, tea and great cocktails.
- Brilliant service; amenities are well-kept.
- Rates are fantastic.
- For a few guests bathrooms seemed a little small.

We loved the hotel's prime location on North Michigan, within walking distance to everything. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were outstanding. Transportation options were plentiful, with nearby access to the red line, buses, and the brown line. The staff provided excellent service and were helpful in resolving any conflicts that arose during our stay.
Almost perfect, just a small setback.
We had a fantastic stay here! The location was absolutely amazing, just a short walk from all the attractions this city has to offer. We were able to easily explore the magnificent mile area and visit our favorite shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were super accommodating, allowing us to check in early and holding our luggage after we checked out. Every staff member we encountered was extremely polite and friendly. It's definitely a tradition for us to stay here whenever we visit this city!

The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing in this city. Everything is within walking distance, including parks, museums, and sports venues. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring my room was ready early for check-in. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel had convenient amenities nearby.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The only minor issue was a slight delay in getting my car from valet, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the problem and even comped my overnight parking.
I absolutely loved the size of the room, it was so spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was incredible, making for a refreshing and invigorating experience. The hotel's location adjacent to Michigan Avenue was unbeatable, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and all the attractions this city has to offer.
