My family and I had the best stay ever! The hotel was beautiful, elegant, and well-kept. The rooms were extremely quiet and cozy, providing a peaceful and comfortable experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the convention center and surrounded by restaurants. The valet drop off at the hotel was conveniently located in the center. The staff were friendly and accommodating. this was an amazing stay and I would definitely rebook for future dates.

The hotel's downtown location was perfect, with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was also conveniently close to the Sapp Arena. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. this hotel provided a clean and well-maintained facility with great amenities.

The lobby and waiting area had a beautiful ambiance, perfect for engaging conversations with fellow guests. Additionally, the hotel's location in the center of downtown San Jose was ideal, with plenty of eateries nearby and the San Jose convention center just a stone's throw away.

We were within walking distance to the convention center, making it perfect for our needs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the workout area had well-maintained equipment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Robert at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was excellent, and we appreciated the availability of Starbucks and tea in the lobby.
