We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the valet to the front desk to the bar staff. The new rooftop pool was beautiful, and we loved the stunning lobby. The hotel was as advertised, and we were even upgraded to an executive suite. The view was magnificent, and seeing the joy on my partner's face made me very happy. The bed was just right, not too hard or too soft. The location was perfect, right on the riverwalk and next to an amazing bakery downstairs in the gallery. Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the restroom in the room was luxurious. The whole layout of the room was fantastic. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk to the Riverwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our New Year's Eve celebration perfect. The check-in process was easy, and our room was ready early, allowing us to relax and enjoy our day. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service.

We loved the fantastic location, just a short walk from the beautiful riverwalk and its Christmas lights. The hotel room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were modern and up-to-date, making our stay enjoyable. The valet parking service was excellent, accommodating our large vehicle with ease and providing a secure parking option. We appreciated being able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit.
