The cleanliness and layout of the room were great, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.
The hotel facilities were excellent, including a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, right in the middle of a very busy junction on Royal Mile, making it ideal for exploring both the old and new towns of this city. The staff were lovely and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The breakfasts were delicious and the hotel even left us a little chocolate treat for the Easter bank holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the Royal Mile during the festival time in a bustling location. The staff were extremely friendly, providing us with excellent service from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great bar/restaurant that had live music and a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast at this hotel was first class, offering a sufficient choice and served by the friendly staff. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the local area by foot, with easy access to transportation options.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. I could easily walk up the Royal Mile to visit the Castle or head down to the Palace. It was also conveniently situated halfway down The Royal Mile at the junction of North and South Bridge, making it a great base for exploring both the Old and New Town. The hotel facilities were excellent, with everything I needed in my room, including a hairdryer, straighteners, iron and board, and Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries I had. The breakfast offered was delicious and included a yummy chocolate brownie as a tasty welcome.

The manager gave us a warm welcome and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was stunning with a big freestanding bath and a great drench shower. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from all the attractions such as the Royal Mile, Castle, and the Christmas Markets. The breakfast was excellent and the service was quick.

The room was modern, clean, and had a big and comfy bed.
We were amazed by the little touches like chocolates and champagne flutes. The iPod docking station was a nice addition, and we loved the live music. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as we were close to many travel spots and right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed exploring all around the area and found it very convenient.
