I absolutely loved the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The pillows on my bed were divine, and I appreciated the overall welcoming feel of the property. The staff were exceptional, especially the doorman and bartender who made my stay truly memorable. The hotel's location in this city was fantastic, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Additionally, the hotel food was excellent.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely fantastic - from the moment I checked in, to the person that delivered my room service, to the amazing team that covers the pool area, everyone was a pleasure to interact with. The location of the hotel was also great, with several attractions and transportation options nearby. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a table and chairs for added convenience. The service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch, with special mention to Norman, the concierge, who greeted me every day with a smile and provided helpful tips on where to go and what to see.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on a subway stop, with Back Bay station, Copley Square, the Prudential building, and Boylston St all close by. The staff was exceptional, welcoming us with a warm smile and providing speedy and efficient check-in. They were attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and our room was spacious and clean. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Boston. The location was excellent, right beside a subway stop, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the spacious room was immaculate. I also appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided. Plus, the hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful rooftop swimming pool that offered stunning views. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Keelyn, who took the time to personally reach out and provide information about tours in the area. The hotel's proximity to Fenway Park was a bonus for sports fans like me. this hotel made my stay in this city enjoyable and hassle-free.
