I had a memorable stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was perfect for an adventurous traveler like me, as it was right in the heart of the city's excitement. Moreover, the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. Additionally, the availability of parking and convenient transportation options made exploring this city a breeze, especially during these uncertain times.
Not obvious to find.
The location was perfect, with easy access to Time Square and the Javits conference Centre. The studio suite with two bathrooms was awesome and really spacious. The hotel was directly across the street from MSG.
Rude and unhelpful staff, lost parcel, and no action taken on finding a bloody syringe under the sofa.
No incident report provided after an incident involving a burnt hand.
We loved our suite and the view! Having 2 full baths was great for 5 women! The lobby was beautiful and inviting, and the space was so well planned! The air conditioning was excellent. Very easy access to the subway, making it convenient to explore this city. The hotel's location was really close to the train station, Times Square, and all other major tourist must-visit places. It was also right across Madison Square and Penn Station, perfect for walking to the Empire State Building. The staff were friendly and unobtrusive. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle-free. The housekeeping staff did a great job with cleanliness.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The hotel's location close to Time Square and Madison Square Garden was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, being near a train station made transportation around this city a breeze. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the rooms being cleaned and the bathroom restocked with fresh towels daily. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

The best aspects of my stay were the hotel facilities, transportation options, and the convenient location near Penn Station. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable, and the hotel offered excellent parking options. The hotel's proximity to Madison Square Gardens and Macy's made it an ideal location for shopping and entertainment. Additionally, being just a few blocks away from the Empire State Building and the subway made exploring this city incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
