We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Carolina, Lupe, and Minnie, were incredibly helpful and always went the extra mile. The hotel is located right next to a metro station, making it convenient to explore this city. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were top-notch. Additionally, parking was not an issue as we found a nearby parking lot for a reasonable price.

I loved staying here at the hotel. The location was amazing, close to everything. The hotel had modern design and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have so many restaurants within walking distance and being near the metro made exploring the city easy. The staff was fantastic, especially Yuri and Nora who provided excellent service. The hotel was also impeccably clean and had all the facilities I needed. a fantastic experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in central downtown. The location was superb, with shops, restaurants, and the Metro just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to get a late check-out, giving us extra time to explore this vibrant city. The breakfast options were delicious, and there was even complimentary Starbucks coffee in our room. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff of this hotel.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The room size was perfect and had a modern feel to it. The concierge service went above and beyond to answer our questions and provide outstanding assistance. The location was excellent, with most attractions within walking distance and convenient transportation options. The hotel was connected to Macy's and surrounded by a variety of great restaurants. We also opted for the Club option, which gave us top-of-the-hotel views, daily breakfast, and coffee. The rooms were excellent and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.
