The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel was top-notch. The facilities, including the rooftop pool, were excellent. The hotel's location was perfect, right by an underground complex of conference and meeting rooms, as well as an enclosed above ground walkway with many restaurants and the whole 16th street mall close by. Transportation was a breeze, with easy access to public buses and bicycle rickshaws, making it convenient to explore this city. The staff was amazing, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

We loved the friendly people at check-in, the comfortable room, and the great location. The hotel is conveniently located on 16th Street, with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. The 16th street bus stop is right outside the hotel, making transportation around the city hassle-free. The hotel staff were helpful and polite, and the WIFI worked well in the room. Plus, there were complimentary bottles of water provided.

The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near an elevator. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and the staff was friendly in the morning. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding restaurants and shops. We had a great dining experience at Hacienda Colorado, which is located on the premises. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff made our stay enjoyable.

We loved the location directly in downtown, right on the 16th Street Mall. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the conference area and the comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and our comfort. We were particularly impressed with Melanie at the front desk, who made us feel right at home and even comped us some drinks and appetizers.

The location was perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to transportation. We loved the fact that the hotel was close to a shopping mall and had a convenient shuttle service that stopped right in front. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the mornings during breakfast. we had a great experience at this hotel in this city.
