The place is amazingly helpful and overall clean, everything is very clean, it should have higher than 4 star rating.
Competent staff, exceptional service, heated and modern looking room. Beautiful view, a small balcony, very clean bed, too. The staff did all they can for a peaceful stay. Impeccably clean and amazingly helpful hotel in Westside Santa Cruz district. The restaurant was lovely with good food and service. Late check-out too.
The location - fantastic and the staff - very helpful, the bed was very comfy. The rooms were absolutely perfect, incredible. Don't forget to explore Westside Santa Cruz district. Excellent service too.
