Best possible location, fantastic room and lovely staff. Awesome view of garden. Efficient breakfast, helpful service. And I thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to a mall and a market in Auckland.
Warm rooms, very comfy bed, really kind personnel. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. They made my stay restful.
We liked our stocked rooms.
Prime location, efficient breakfast with a huge variety of food. The staff did all they can for a very pleasant stay. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was absolutely brilliant. Found a place called al's deli, set right next to the venue, ate there a few times.
