The location of this hotel is perfect, right opposite the Bellagio, making it easy to access all the dining options along the strip. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming and provided exceptional communication.
Nothing, as everything exceeded my expectations during my stay.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the staff was awesome! Upon check-in, we mentioned it was my birthday and they surprised us with a free upgrade to a strip view suite. The food also deserves 5 stars, and the slot machines were very lucky for me. The housekeeping staff was always helpful and quickly provided any extra items we needed, like sheets, blankets, and towels. The restaurants and stores in this hotel have outstanding customer service. The room was clean, and we never had to wait long for towels. The 24-hour room service was expensive, but the food was really good. Plus, the location on the strip is perfect!
Nothing not to love.
The hotel's staff was amazing, upgrading us to a larger room with an incredible view. The location in the middle of Strip Street was super convenient.
Everything was spot on.
