We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location of the hotel on Sunset Pier provided us with breathtaking sunset views and easy access to all the action in the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and walking to all of the sites and restaurants. I didn't need a car at all and the transportation options were convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool overlooking the ocean. The cleanliness was top-notch and the staff were very attentive. Nothing beats the amazing views from the room and the delicious breakfast.

I loved the location of this hotel, being right off of Duval Street and right on the ocean. It was so convenient to be just steps away from all the action downtown. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful swimming pool and spa facilities available. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the concierge who provided great recommendations for food and beaches in the area.
Absolutely nothing.
The hotel had the best location in this city, right at the edge of the coast near Mallory Square, offering the most breathtaking views on the island. We woke up to stunning sights of big cruise ships while enjoying a delicious breakfast on our private balcony. The staff treated us like royalty, and we were given free breakfast at The Tin Roof and had the valet parking fee waived.
