The best aspect of this hotel was its location. It is conveniently situated right across from the train station, making it incredibly easy to access transportation. Additionally, it is close to the main sightseeing places, allowing for a quick and enjoyable visit to the city. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom in the upgraded room. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a good selection of food.
Nothing it was perfect.
We loved the hotel's location right across the street from the railway station, which made it extremely convenient for us to explore nearby cities like Firenze and Cinque Terre. We easily accessed the airport through the Pisamover, a hassle-free and affordable transportation option. Additionally, being within walking distance from downtown allowed us to soak in the charm of the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly responding to our requests and ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the train station, making it easy for us to travel around and explore other cities like Florence, Lucca, Viareggio, Livorno. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were great. The breakfast offered was definitely one of the best aspects of our stay. The variety of food options, including omelets, oatmeal, pastries, fruits. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. I had a comfortable and clean superior single room on the 5th floor, which was well soundproofed from the street noises outside. The hotel facilities, including the air conditioning and wifi, worked perfectly. The breakfast was fantastic, with a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff, particularly in the breakfast room and at the reception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location, directly across from the train station, was very convenient for transportation, and it was easy to walk to nearby attractions.
