The club lounge breakfast and afternoon "tea" were fantastic. The fresh fruit, muffins, scrambled eggs, and sausage were unusually good. The lounge attendant was friendly, informative, and always willing to help. The front desk staff, especially Anita, went above and beyond to help us out of a difficult situation with another hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, living up to expectations. The staff, from the front desk to room service, were extremely helpful. The food at the hotel, particularly the handmade home pizza, was amazing. The pool was awesome and not crowded at all. The club level had great amenities, including free wifi and a full lounge area for our use.

The location was ideal as it was within walking distance to both the Target Center and Target Field. It was also pretty close to everything we wanted to explore in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. We were even pleasantly surprised with a free breakfast coupon, adding an extra touch to our stay.
For us, it was ideal.
The staff were super friendly and check-in and check-out were a breeze, taking less than a minute. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. Despite there being an anime convention nearby, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We also loved the fact that the room had a mini fridge, even though it wasn't mentioned in the ad. The hotel's location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance and all the amenities easily accessible. we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

Excellent staff - kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The rooms were quiet, ensuring a restful stay after a busy day at the conference. Great location for easy travel outside the centre, with convenient access to the skyway system.
