The hotel's location in the heart of the city center was perfect for exploring. From the lift, with its stylish red and black lighting, it was a short stroll to AO Arena, town center shops, and a variety of food and restaurant options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Hannah, stood out with their friendly and welcoming attitude, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
Nothing that I didn't like.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even organized a surprise cake for my partner's birthday, which made our stay extra special. We decided to upgrade our room to a Superior King for a small fee, and we were blown away by how amazing it was. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom was also very impressive. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city and the surrounding areas. we had a fantastic time and would definitely book here again.
Nothing not to love.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and a short walk to the town centre. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better, with the coffee tasting a bit off.
