I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of downtown. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to everything from business to entertainment options. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided a luxurious experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and upbeat, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the service from Debbie was exceptional. The hotel also offered convenient parking options with quick valet service. Additionally, the security measures such as the requirement of a room key to access the elevators added to the sense of safety and comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the L.A. Live area. The staff provided superb world-class customer service. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering beautiful views of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and a nice pool. The location was perfect, as it was next to everything relevant, including the Crypto Arena and a variety of restaurants. It was also conveniently located near the art district, making it easy for us to explore the cultural side of this city. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the art district, and the staff's exceptional service made our stay truly memorable.

I had a fantastic check-in experience as a Bonvoy member. The staff was efficient and thorough, explaining the adjustments made to ensure my comfort during the strike happening outside. The hotel staff worked together respectfully to cater to guests' needs. The lobby bar served a delicious wagyu burger with garlic parmesan fries for a late lunch, while Savoca offered a great dinner, especially the Dolce and Banana dessert. The room was impeccably clean and neat, with everything in working order. The view of the pool, Microsoft Plaza, Crypto Arena, and the south LA skyline was fantastic.
