The hotel had everything I needed. The friendly staff, well-appointed rooms, and great rate made my stay enjoyable. My Euro Standard Room, although not as large as others, had all the necessary amenities including a double bed, TV, microwave, refrigerator. The highlight was the amazing shower with water spraying out of 4 shower heads! The included breakfast had a good variety of choices, including made-to-order omelets, waffles, sausage links, and fresh pastries. The hotel's location in the heart of the city, surrounded by excellent restaurants and businesses, made it even more convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious with a kitchen and dining area. I loved the location, as it was close to theaters and directly across the street from the MOST Museum. The hotel had good parking and the staff, especially Stephanie the manager, were excellent. They even let me check out late for my son's wedding. Close to everything!

The hotel is conveniently located near the activities in downtown Syracuse and right across from the children's museum. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a variety of options, including custom-made eggs with a range of toppings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms being immaculately clean, and the little touches, such as the rubber duck in the tub, added a charming touch. The hotel facilities were great, offering amenities that enhanced our overall experience. The location was perfect for us as it was right across the street from the wedding we were attending, and it was also close to Clinton Square and the museums. Additionally, the staff was very nice and provided excellent service.

We loved the cozy and clean queen room. The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Free parking was a bonus.
