The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with spacious and bright rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The location was superb, with easy access to Westwood, Santa Monica, and away from the crowds. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities such as a relaxing pool area and a small spa.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The pool area was great, with comfortable seating options and excellent pool service. The dining room had delicious food and the service was top-notch. The concierge provided great dining suggestions and even made our reservations for us. The lobby was beautiful, with fresh flowers and a refreshing lemon-accented water. The room was lovely, with fresh and crisp linens and a great view of the Hollywood hills. The room service breakfast was perfect, delivered hot and on time. The customer service was excellent, with special surprises for our anniversary and birthday celebration. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the added touch of the ihome speaker with wireless charger. The hotel had a perfect location, close to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Sunset Blvd, The Grove.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room on the 6th floor had an excellent view and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The lobby had a nice ambience, with the pleasant smell of roses. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to the Westfield Mall, which offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and places to relax.
