We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet, with a lovely bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice pool area and outdoor lounge. The location was convenient, with four restaurants just across the plaza offering a variety of delicious sit-down meals. The staff was professional, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the available parking and the fact that there were lots of plugs, including USBs, in the room. a really nice hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness standards were impeccable, with nice clean and beautiful rooms that offered a great view on the 11th floor. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the large grounds with a nice size pool that had lap swim lanes, ping pong, and a hot tub. We also appreciated the availability of cabañas, food, and drinks at the pool, as well as the fun movie night they organized. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to stores and restaurants, including Starbucks, pizza places, Whole Foods, Philz Coffee. The staff, notably Rose and Chris B, were exceptional, providing attentive and customer service-oriented assistance.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had an excellent room service meal, delivered fast, hot, and delicious. The lady who brought it was super friendly and professional. Loved how friendly everyone is, and the customer service is great! The hotel has a restaurant, pool, tennis court, outside seating with fire pits. The location is just off the freeway and a short drive to La Jolla Village, the coast, and I-5 with numerous shops and restaurants to offer.

Nothing everything was great!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from the valet to the concierge service, were all friendly and helpful. The In-Room dining service was excellent, with fast delivery of hot and delicious food. Our room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and soft sheets and pillows. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants and shopping around. We were also close to the regency club and RIMAC, and transportation to these places was easily accessible. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

No complaints.
