I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast staff and front office staff were outstanding. They made me feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel was super clean and the location was excellent. There are nice restaurants across the street and the VTA train to downtown was very convenient and reasonably priced. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel staff, especially the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel because it is an IHG hotel and I didn't want any bad surprises, and they definitely did not disappoint!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the air-conditioner worked great. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel had a nice onsite restaurant/bar and a 24 hr self-checkout market. The location was right in the downtown area and also close to the airport.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and the public restroom and our room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The location was convenient for visiting businesses in North San Jose and the Winchester Mystery House, and it was also near the airport and downtown.
