I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - within walking distance of all the attractions, including Bridgestone Arena, Music City Park, and the pedestrian walkway over the river. Plus, it was right around the corner from Broadway, so I didn't even need a car. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were absolutely beautiful. I especially loved my room on the 10th floor facing Broadway - it was so quiet and I couldn't hear a thing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, even for someone like me with severe back problems. The staff were amazing, from the friendly and accommodating valet team, led by Adam, to the helpful front desk staff. They made sure to accommodate all our needs, providing extra towels, coffee pods, and even a toothbrush. Plus, they had refreshing cucumber water and water bottles available. a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location couldn't be better, right next to Bridgestone Arena and just off from the front desk. The staff at this hotel exceeded my expectations with their friendliness and efficiency. The breakfast in the lounge was great.

I loved the location! Everything in the downtown area was within walking distance. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Checking in early was a big plus. One night, I had dinner at the Trattoria Italian restaurant at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious.

The location of the hotel is perfect for attending a concert at Bridgestone as it is within walking distance. It is also conveniently located just steps from Broadway, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff were impressive. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great.

I loved the spacious room, it felt like a cozy one bedroom apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the action. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the coffee bar, though a bit hard to find, served great coffee.
