We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The customer service was top notch, from the shuttle pick up at the airport to check out and drop off back to the airport. We want to give a shout out to Eugene at concierge for his help in figuring out how to get around the city. The hotel had a beautiful view of the pool and the lagoon from our room. The location was ideal, very close to the airport and with easy access to South Beach, Brickell, and Coral Gables. The room was large and comfortable, and the beds were great. The hotel also had a helpful screen in the lobby showing real-time flight arrivals and departures. The breakfast had a wide variety and made-to-order eggs and omelets.

The pool area was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. The location was ideal for an overnight stay before our flight from the airport the next day.
