We loved the spacious and clean room with comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was also roomy for our group of four. The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to the park and easily accessible from the freeways. The complimentary shuttle service right in front of the hotel was a convenient bonus. The Sunday brunch was amazing, and we enjoyed the surprise party we hosted here without any issues. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, with easy transportation options to Universal Studios.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Universal Studios and the City Walk, or there was a shuttle bus available if I didn't feel like walking. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the great view from the room. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a 24-hour gym right next door. The large reception area made a great first impression. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the free continental breakfast that came with my upgraded room on the concierge floor. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
