Cleanliness: The hotel was impeccably clean, I couldn't find a speck of dirt anywhere. Hotel facilities: The amenities at the hotel were out of this world. They had a stunning pool area and a fantastic kid's water slide that my daughter loved. Staff: The service provided by the hotel representatives was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing. Location in the marketplace stores: The hotel was conveniently located near various stores and shops, making it easy to find everything I needed without having to travel too far.

outstanding cleanliness, impressive hotel facilities, convenient parking, and easy transportation options available. The location in the Gaylord themed area was perfect for exploring all that this city has to offer. Not to mention, the acoustics in the center were poor, with lots of echoes making it difficult to understand the presenter at times. However, the staff, especially Makeah who helped us check in, were exceptional. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Not one thing.
We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were wonderful, always helpful and friendly. The highlight for us was the pool, which provided a truly relaxing experience. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to the onsite sports bar.

The Elf on the Shelf Hunt was a fun activity for everyone. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel made it convenient to access restaurants within the resort. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant prices were reasonable. Parking and transportation were convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area.
