The hotel had a beautiful grand lobby and well-appointed suites. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was hot and delicious, with an omelet bar. The staff was cheerful, truly helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They took care of our bags, provided excellent customer service, and even booked a trolley tour for us so my mom could see the city.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to everything in the downtown area and to the major sights. The hotel facilities, including a spacious room with a pull-out sofa, microwave, and refrigerator, were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast and evening reception were both complimentary and offered a high-quality and varied selection. The interior of the hotel was spacious and attractive, and my room was well-furnished and clean. The location was excellent, with easy access to adjacent multi-storey parking and a short 10-minute walk to all the downtown attractions in the Historic district. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting the area.

The location was perfect for exploring the historic district, as we were able to walk to all the sights without having to drive. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options and a friendly staff that made our mornings even better.
