The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated on a quiet street close to downtown and within a half-hour walk to some of the best sites in the city. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to assist me. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the nearby restaurant was amazing, and the happy hour appetizers were a great bonus. I also loved the convenience of having a coffee lounge with delicious coffee always available, as well as the option to refill water bottles with the provided dispenser.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing us with valuable local knowledge and advice that enhanced our holiday experience. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the majority of the places we wanted to visit. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the city noise. We also loved the complimentary lattes and filtered water available throughout our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We loved the helpful and friendly staff, who provided lots of tips and pointers during our stay. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the busy Washington Street and Downtown Crossing. This made it easy for us to explore all the seaport attractions and entertainment in the area. The room was the perfect size, quiet, and comfortable, with a great shower and a huge TV. We also appreciated the coffee machine in our club room.
