We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, immediately fixing any issues, such as a faulty room lock. The layout of the room was space efficient, providing enough room for us to rest comfortably. The bed was amazing, allowing us to get a good night's sleep without any jetlag. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was near the train station and tram stops, making it easy to explore this city's efficient transport system. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options.
