We felt spoiled from beginning to end. Exceptional staff, great services, and well-maintained facilities. Free room upgrade to a spacious and well-equipped Junior Suite with a panoramic view of a famous landmark. Cozy bed for a good rest. Excellent breakfast with a diverse selection. Staff was amazing and friendly. They even provided a free cell phone for our convenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the stunning view of the sea from the new Smart suites complex. The location was perfect for us, as it was easy to get to all the landmarks and attractions in this city. Plus, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, always attentive and helpful throughout my entire visit. They even prepared a sack breakfast for me when I had a tour and couldn't make it to the regular breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and I even got a free upgrade to a junior suite with a view of a famous landmark. The location was great, close to the city center and within walking distance of the seaside. The hotel facilities were also impressive, including a bar with free refreshments.

I loved the cozy and clean room, with an extra baby bed provided without any charge. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel's convenient location close to the city center made it easy for me to explore the area. Additionally, the free parking facility and the fact that the elevator went up to the parking lot were really convenient.

The hotel had modern and nicely decorated rooms with private verandas. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of cold and hot dishes. The room service was prompt and reasonably priced. The mattresses provided exceptional comfort.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
